Change Vote

Here you can select you leader. In order for someone to become a leader he needs 1 vote more than the next person, or if they are tied the leader remains.

Prime Minister Options

Only available for the Prime Minister, here you can change Empire name, give Empire members roles and offer relations to other Empires.

Send Aid

Here you can send aid to other empire members, just select the faction you wish to aid from the drop-down list and type the amount of resources you wish to send 

Receive Aid

Here you can request aid from fellow Empire members, if their options allow you to do so. You can also see their production and adjust your aid settings 

Empire News

Tells you what happened in the empire in the past year, it shows things like who was attacked and who attacked someone else, as well as who explored what planets and who sent aid, you'll understand it better once you first see it.
