Receive Aid Here you can request aid from other empire members. The good thing about this option is that they do not have to be on as long as they have the amount of energy and resources you need to request, it will just be subtracted from their reserves. (Don't take too much all the time, that will get people angry.) You can also chose whom you allow to take resources from your reserves - you can allow no-one, just the leader, leader and vice-leaders or everyone.
